Mr. Bharat A. Narnavar is an experienced pharmaceutical professional with over 15 years of industry experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
He began his career with well-known organizations such as Watson, Accutest, Famy Care, and Raptim Research Ltd., where he gained valuable expertise in clinical research, regulatory affairs, and pharmaceutical operations.
Bharat possesses a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and excels at balancing scientific excellence with business strategy. He founded Squadron Pharmaceuticals LLP with a clear vision: to deliver high-quality, affordable medicines and pharmaceutical services worldwide.
Under his leadership, the company has experienced rapid growth and has earned a reputation for being reliable, innovative, and customer-focused. Mrs. Kirti Lahare is an experienced pharmaceutical corporate professional with a strong background in human resources and administration. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce.
She began her career with a well-known organization, Micro-Labs, where she gained valuable experience in human resource management and administrative operations.
Mrs. Kirti has a deep understanding of organizational growth, employee engagement, and talent development at an international level. She co-founded Squadron Pharmaceuticals LLP with a clear vision: to attract highly qualified international talent and build Squadron into a “Great Place to Work” across the globe.
